Dave’s blog gives a great overview of our Welland Canal transit (All’s Well That Ends Welland). Here are a few pictures to give you some additional perspective.

Also, we’d like to give a “cruiser shout out” to Jessica at the Canal Pub in Port Colborne. Her smile and enthusiasm are contagious. Her Dad operates the Pilot boat in Port Colborne that puts pilots on the commercial vessels for transiting the Welland Canal. Her knowledge and excitement about the waterway and the town of Port Colborne is a joy! If you’re in the area, be sure and visit the friendly people of Port Colborne, especially Jessica!
